Location: Reporting at Mumbai
Responsibilities:
·Responsible for maintaining ledgers and performed ledger reconciliation of Creditors.
Processing payment transactions.
Internal/External auditors query. Preparation, review and analysis of Bank Reconciliation statements.
Handled tasks related to cash disbursement, cash reconciliation & posting entries.
Passing Of Accounting Entries for Purchases, Sales, Debit Note, Credit Note On Day to Day Basis.
Also Preparing Salary Statement. Marinating all Personal Books of Accounts.
Passing Petty Cash Entries. Stock audit. Finalisation Accounts. Checking and Maintaining the Statutory Liabilities –Sales Tax, Professional Tax, Tds etc.
Handling Routine Work of Accounting Outstanding MIS report function including (creditors Preparing Profit & Loss A/C, Balance Sheet. Ledger Scrutiny & Maintaining Fixes Assets .
Requirements
·Tally knowledge is MUST
Communication and hands on Ms-Excel and Software skills
· Experience required 2- 3 years in similar industry
Educational qualification: BCOM/MCOM
