To ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Provide financial information and reports, employee queries related to payroll, reimbursements, and financial policies.

Processing invoices, managing accounts payable, and resolving payment issues. Client billing-related inquiries, resolving payment disputes, and providing financial information required for contracts or agreements. Banking transactions, reconciling accounts etc.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Separate document will be attached for the same.
Prepare financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis and as required by management or regulatory bodies.
BRS & managing banking transactions
Manage payments receivables & outflow process by proper credit & debtor issues
Manage various legal compliance related issues & taxation aspects so as to ensure that zero default in process.
Assist in tax-related activities, including tax calculations, filing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts
Accounts Payable and Receivable management and implementation accounts systems
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
Manage day to day accounting transactions in a process-oriented manner
Skills / Qualifications
Key capabilities
Knowledge
Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in accounting or finance roles, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations. Familiarity with financial analysis techniques and tools.
Skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Abilities
High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualifications
Commerce Graduate with Specialization in Accounts & Finance or Degree or diploma in Finance & Accounting.
