Roles and Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities: Role responsibilities encompass all generalist HR functions. This role is primarily responsible for executing HR initiatives to improve performance, build capability, and commitment to the Organization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Partner with Business as a Strategic Advisor on HR matters.
• Work closely with business managers to understand business needs and leverage that understanding for effective HR delivery.
• Communicate and reinforce the company value proposition to employees through various touchpoints.
• Help managers create Career Development opportunities by sharing employee aspirations and needs.
• Drive HR Processes such as Compensation, Performance Appraisal, Talent Management, and Advancement.
• Support Recruitment efforts for respective Business Units.
• Provide HR intelligence on competitors and help business develop proactive talent retention strategies.
• Drive Employee Engagement initiatives for Business Units.
• Ensure clarity across the division by effectively cascading HR policies and practices.
• Address Employee Relations cases, including Warning, Compliance Breach, Harassment, Grievance, etc.
• Drive Training and Development in Business Units by identifying training needs and leveraging L&D expertise.
• Analyze data to provide key analytics supporting decision-making.
Description of Talent Function: We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Full-time MBA or PG in HR, preferably from a reputable institution. The ideal candidate should have around 5+ years of experience in Human Resource functions, preferably in MNC organizations.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Generalist HR experience with strong exposure to interaction with senior leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in making business presentations.
• Ability to articulate independent views, possess high judgment, EQ, and maturity.
• Strong data analytics and technology usage skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility, open-mindedness, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in a highly matrix organization and connecting with global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and maturity, with discretion to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
