Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA); Candidates with audit experience during Articleship preferred
Role Overview
We are looking to hire a recently qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team at our office in Gift City, Gandhinagar. The role is ideal for a fresher CA who is looking to build a long-term career in financial management within a leading MNC Bank. Candidates with prior audit experience during their Articleship will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including preparation of financial statements and reports
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory returns, internal MIS, and management reports
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Assist in audit-related documentation and support statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives in the Finance function
Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (0-1 year post-qualification experience)
• Articleship experience with reputed CA firms, preferably with exposure to audit or financial reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial principles, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems will be an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Gift City, Gandhinagar and work in a collaborative team environment
