Description
• Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into financial systems.
• Maintain records of financial transactions and support reconciliations.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable knowledge.
• Support the preparation of financial reports for internal use.
• Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding payments and finances.
• Ensure timely submission of financial documents to relevant parties.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to improving financial processes and administrative efficiency.
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
• Experience in financial administration or a related field.
• AP and AR knowledge essential
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong numerical and organisational skills.
• An ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• A collaborative attitude to support team objectives in the not-for-profit sector.
Job Offer
• An hourly rate of approximately £14 to £17 based on experience.
