We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help support the financial operations across our growing airport portfolio.
This role is key to maintaining financial accuracy, transparency, operational insight, and disciplined financial management across airport concessions and operational activities. Working closely with the accounting and finance teams, this role supports all finance functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support leadership decision-making.

What You'll Do
Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports that provide leadership with clear visibility into the performance of airport concession programs and operational activities.
• Support the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Perform variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and key drivers of financial performance.
• Prepare management reporting and presentations that summarize financial results and highlight important business insights.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to provide financial insights that support day-to-day business activities.
Accounting Support & Financial Close
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and record journal entries related to operational activities, accruals, and adjustments while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting policies.
• Assist with account reconciliations, reviewing balances and supporting schedules to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Support the accounts payable approval process by reviewing invoices, validating supporting documentation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
• Help maintain organized financial records and documentation to support audits, internal reviews, and regulatory compliance.
Treasury & Cash Management
• Support treasury-related activities including monitoring cash balances, payment flows, and cash movement across accounts.
• Assist with payment coordination, banking activities, and treasury documentation.
• Support cash flow reporting and short-term liquidity monitoring to ensure effective cash management across the organization.
• Work with finance leadership to ensure treasury activities are accurately reflected in financial records and reporting.
Financial Controlling & Consolidation
• Prepare consolidated financial data and reporting packages that provide the group consolidation and controlling team with a clear view of overall financial performance.
• Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure consistency across financial reports, systems, and data sources.
• Assist with the preparation of supporting documentation for any change in accounting policies.
• Support documentation for audits and appraisals.
Process Improvement & Systems
• Contribute to enhancing financial reporting tools, dashboards, and analysis frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve efficiency through automation and improved data management.
• Support the ongoing improvement of financial systems and reporting structures as the organization continues to grow.
• Work within a collaborative team environment where thoughtful ideas and process improvements are encouraged.
What We're Looking For
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with financial analysis, accounting, or controlling, including exposure to financial close processes.
• Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, or supporting accounting operations is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, Power Query, automation tools, dashboard building)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• High attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy and integrity.
• Passionate about real estate development, infrastructure, or aviation industries
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controlling, or corporate finance.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting processes.
• Familiarity with financial close processes, journal entries, or account reconciliations is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience working in infrastructure, aviation, real estate, or operational environments is a plus.

Compensation and Primary Location
• Exempt, $70,000 -$82,000 salary based on experience and qualifications.
