Job Description
This is initially a 3 months contract role with a view to becoming a permanent position.
Requirements:
Day to day responsibility:
• Contractor management: follow up on timesheet and their invoices
• Raise invoices for services to clients (MYOB)
• Payroll processing for employees and contractors, i.e. run payroll and process payslips
• Data entry in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems
• Identify any anomaly in reconciling the billing details
• Processing superannuation contributions
• Payroll and staff record-keeping in MYOB
• Monthly reporting and-year-end reconciliations and journals
You should have/be
• Well organised with the ability to multitask
• Attention to details and able to do followups internally and externally
• Formal education in accounting
• At least 1 year of bookkeeping and payroll experience with MYOB
• Self-starter and motivated to deliver a quality outcome
