We are Looking a motivated Assistant – Finance to support payroll, accounts, and finance operations for both US and India. The role includes payroll processing, invoicing, payment handling, financial record management, and basic administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Process timesheets, prepare payroll, and generate payslips.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
Maintain accurate financial and payroll records.
Assist with reconciliations and month-end closing.
Coordinate with internal teams for finance inputs.
Requirements
• 0–2 years in finance/payroll/accounts.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of QuickBooks/Tally/ERP systems preferred.
• Basic accounting & bookkeeping knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
