Job Description
About you
We are looking for a motivated, results driven and proactive Finance Assistant to join our Finance team, ideally with a minimum of 12 months experience.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products – particularly Excel for data entry and reporting;
Understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; and
Being comfortable handling confidential information responsibly.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Accounts payable/receivable;
Journals and transfers;
Payroll (data collation/entry only);
Credit card reconciliation;
Petty cash;
Assisting with Trust Account audits; and
Back-up Finance Team support and other finance related tasks.
