This leadership role requires developing an understanding of Current processes and expertise in Capital Market products - Derivatives, Credit, deposits, FX, securities, equities and fixed income trades and secured financing transactions materially affecting our Balance sheet & Income statement. This knowledge is required to lead the activity of the Risk & Control controls infrastructure, SDLC FACS Release validations, SLA Dashboard quality checks and collaborate within and across teams. This role will ensure those infrastructure driven Gap analysis and documentation across multiple functions as team member will be involved in multiple strategic initiatives across the organization in parallel with all the below daily responsibilities and requirementsIn this role, you will: This leadership role requires developing an understanding of Current Risk & control processes, projects materially affecting FACS (Financial Accounting Control System), multiple project management in FACS Eco system. Responsible for Reporting, SDLC release validation, Projects management, identifying Risks, issues and implementing the controls for FACS Finance. Resolve end user queries, collaborate with peers within and across teams to gather requirements, understand current processes, identify gaps, document needs and execute plans within FACS Finance. Implementation of process controls, facilitate internal and external audit and for an effective compliant architecture for daily reporting. Tasks include Documentation of Processes and Procedures, Requirements Definition for Technology through JIRA, creation of user stories, Testing and postproduction support, familiarity of Agile & Scrum practiceRequired Qualifications, International: M.COM/CA/CFA/Engineering or M.B.A degree with 7 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Project Management and Reporting. Strong knowledge in Risk & Controls domain, Capital Market products as well as finance industry accounting background/experience Strong knowledge in SQL Knowledge of Agile methodology, experience in JIRA and creation of user stories for Technology Strong
