About The Role
As our Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting informed, data‑driven decisions across Georges River Council. Working closely with your departments, you’ll interpret complex financial information, develop budgets and models, and prepare clear, meaningful reports that help leaders understand Council’s current and future financial position. You’ll build strong relationships across the organisation, provide expert performance and budgeting advice, enhance our reporting frameworks, and contribute to key deliverables such as quarterly reporting, integrated planning, cash‑flow projections, and monthly reporting to management and Council. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by shaping the financial clarity and confidence that enable better outcomes for our community.
