Finance Controller
job location -Mumbai malad
Qualification required for this position - CA / Inter CA/ Bcom is
Salary – 12 to 18 Lac ( Extender for Good Candidate)
Age criteria 30 to 45
Gender male or female
Office timings + to 6
Work days Monday to Friday ( 1st Saturday working
Tasks and responsibilities
§ Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall business objectives.
§ Prepare and manage the annual budget, including forecasting and monitoring budget performance.
§ Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll and General Ledger.
§ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
§ Monitor and manage cash flow combined with Net Working Capital, ensuring that the company has sufficient resources to meet its obligations.
§ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
§ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and government agencies.
§ Manage communication with the Regional CFO and HQ Finance Controlling team
§ Manage the local finance team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure their professional growth.
§ Project based responsibilities such as (1) monitoring on deliverables in legal structuring and carve out process as described by KPMG; (2) on boarding of newly acquired business in India
