Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented temporary team member to support our finance and operations team. The right candidate will be comfortable working with spreadsheets, handling day-to-day financial data entry, and producing regular reports. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounts payable are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Data
Maintain and update daily and monthly tracking spreadsheets
Prepare regular reports on sales, labour hours, and production activity
Compile data summaries and comparisons for internal use
Update and distribute scheduled reports to the team
Finance & Accounting
Enter and process vendor invoices through accounts payable
Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close activities
Complete tax filings (GST/HST) and support related calculations
Process credit and debit adjustments as needed
Inventory & Operations Support
Record and track inventory adjustments and movements
Reconcile outstanding orders and flag discrepancies
Maintain spreadsheets related to capacity and product tracking
Support general data entry and administrative tasks across departments
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative, finance, or office support role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data entry)
Comfortable working across the full MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams)
Experience processing accounts payable and handling invoices
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiarity with month-end reporting and basic accounting processes
Nice to Have
Experience with inventory or order management systems
Knowledge of Canadian tax filing requirements (GST/HST)

This is a temporary position to cover an existing role — candidates should be ready to start quickly
The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision is important
Pay: $42,429.23-$55,000.00 per year
