Job Description
Quality Classrooms is seeking a Finance & Corporate Services Manager to lead our finance, HR compliance, and corporate services functions. This leadership role ensures strong financial reporting, cash flow management, payroll compliance, and internal controls, while providing hands‑on people leadership and operational oversight. The role is a key member of the leadership team and supports organizational planning and accountability.
What You’ll Do
· Lead Finance & Corporate Services, including Finance, HR compliance, and office operations
· Directly manage the Accounting Associate and HR Generalist
· Oversee monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
· Manage cash flow, AP/AR, and payment approvals
· Ensure accurate, compliant payroll and HR processes
· Maintain financial controls, policies, and risk management practices
· Manage external partners (accounting, IT, payroll, vendors)
· Contribute to leadership meetings and quarterly goals
What You Bring
· Post‑secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or Business
· 3–5 years of progressive finance experience
· 3+ years of people leadership experience
· Strong budgeting, reporting, and payroll knowledge
· High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong analytical skills
