We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider. We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers. We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar’24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants. What will you do We're on the lookout for a proactive and meticulous individual to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing the organization's financial data presentation by leveraging your expertise in bulk data management. Effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders will also be key aspects of your responsibilities, making your role essential within our team. Job responsibilities: • Responsible to handle bulk data management • Bulk data analysis and effective presentation for such data at required platform • Regular monitoring of data with proficient reporting. • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives. • Manage and oversee other day-to-day operations activity of the Account department. What are we looking for: • The candidate who has at least minimum 1 years of practical hands-on experience in Advance Excel, PowerPoint, bulk data management, preferably in medium to large-scale enterprises with service industry experience • Individual Contributor as well as one who can multitask efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines. • Comprehensive knowledge of data analytics and monitoring, along with proficiency in reporting. • Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work. • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills. • Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels. • Excellent communication, with good command of Mail Drafting and interpersonal skills. • Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.
