Requirement:
a. Finance background and experience of minimum 2-3 years in Accounts and Taxation (GST).
b. Candidates with CA background (intermediate pass) shall be preferred.
c. Basic communication skills (English speaking) shall be preferred.
Job Description:
1. Overseeing Finance & Accounting, Auditing, and other management operations for the companies
2. Build a framework for business process assessment using relevant approaches i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Process Simulations, and Business Process Engineering Techniques. Expertise in process automation.
3. Liaisoning with Auditors, Consultants, Service Providers, Suppliers, Vendors, or freight forwarders.
4. Funds Management & Budgeting:
Forecast cash flow positions
Maintain banking relationships
Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure
Manage the preparation of the company's budget
Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction
Manage Sales Forecasting and Expenses Projection
5. Financial Analysis and Internal Auditing:
Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement
Manage periodic books of accounts and report them to management
Review company's bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of the company
Compile key business metrics and report on them to management
Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
Conduct planned internal audit of the organization
