Smart & Efficient Finance Executive required for a chemical company at Jaipur.
Experience required: at least 3 years.
Required Experience and Qualifications
CA Inter/ CWA Inter, M. Com, B.Com, MBA (Finance ), Advance Excel
Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinate the annual audit of the Company with external auditors, set and prioritize goals and objectives for direct reports and themselves
Provide monthly and quarterly reporting as required by the bank, ensuring covenants are met
Responsible for the annual budget process, providing monthly reviews, and implementing Business plans and other programs.
Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances
Liaise with legal representation on corporate issues.
Review of legal contracts as requested
Review standard costs, including appropriate overhead allocations
Acts as a liaison with the bank for all deposit corrections audits in compliance with procedures.
Establish and maintain a relationship with banks, EDC.
Ensure adequate insurance coverage is in place, thereby minimizing risks
Provide monthly information and analysis for Management Team
Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision-making process and ensure the success of the corporation.
To provide a leadership role in all aspects of the company’s financial operations and to manage Treasury functions.
Examine inventory to verify journal & ledger entries.
Preparation of Daily Report & MIS reports.
Updating all purchase entries including direct imports and locally purchased goods.
Bank reconciliations, control accounts, and intercompany ledger to be reviewed on a daily basis.
Preparation of MIS/report for submits to various levels of our organization as and when required.
Preparation, Consolidation, and Reporting of monthly financial results to the management within the agreed timelines.
Consolidation of Budget/ Business plan and forecasts.
Assisting seniors with the takeover/handover of secretarial records of the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
