Job Summary
Join our team as a Finance executive on an exciting journey in the world of digital marketing. As an ideal the candidate will have experience using the tools of accounts, including MS Excel and Tally along with strong analytical skills.Finance Executive will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment.
On any given day you might
• Work with MIS data to gather and analyze financial information.
• Generate accurate reports based on MIS data to provide insights.
• Prepare AGI (Agency Gross Income) reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Gather necessary data and perform calculations to generate AGI reports.
• Generate Reports for Vendor Payments after Mapping Cost Spends.
• Track and map cost spends related to vendors or service providers.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor payment reports.
• Match project expenses to specific individual projects within the agency.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to accurately allocate costs and expenses to respective projects.
• Ensure that project matching is done in accordance with accounting principles.
• Assistance in audits related to GST, Income tax, ROC, Transfer pricing audits, and other applicable compliances.
• Reviewing and generating reports on International companys' taxation and accountings.
The Ideal Person Will
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong proficiency in working with MIS data and generating reports.
• Familiarity with AGI reporting and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using MS Excel and other relevant software.
