Purpose of the role
As a Transaction Executive, you will be a key member of the Finance Team, working closely with internal stakeholders to support them and keep up good relationships with the rest of the business.
This position will interface with business region (EMEA) and report to the Treasury Team Leader.
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm to learn, below are some tasks associated with the role but the right candidate may not have done all or any of these task before.
Work to KPIs assigned by Team Leader
Work closely with FSSC + rest of accounting in order to maintain strong communication
Support with banking admin within the team
Bank Statement downloading
Support with payment runs
Post bank/intercompany journals
Support on bank statement reconciliations
Support on annual and interim audits where required
Be aligned with the positive, supportive culture amongst finance as well as with rest of business and our external clients
Be a true team player, supporting the rest of Accounting team on ad hoc tasks and holiday cover
Mindset to navigate the role
You should have good attention to details as this role requires a high level of accuracy (for example when making payments)
You should be a good team player. Some tasks will involve a number of steps, this means good communication with the team is essential to keep things running smoothly.
You should be keen to learn – we are always striving to improve our processes

Role Requirements
This role requires working to the shift supporting EMEA time (12pm-+pm), this role will be Hybrid working, with some days working from home and others in the office - its great to get to know the wider team and to be able to get involved in the company culture.
