Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive with extensive experience in managing comprehensive financial operations and developing financial operations from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Zoho, HubSpot CRM, Stripe, and finance compliance management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong hands-on skills to drive financial planning, analysis, and execution in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization’s growth and long-term goals.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability and operational efficiency.
• Utilize Zoho and HubSpot CRM to manage financial data, customer relationships, and operational workflows.
• Implement and optimize financial systems and software to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Manage payment processing and transactions through Stripe, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, financial planning, and investment strategies to ensure optimal financial health.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Develop and enforce financial controls to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, analyses, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial performance and market trends.
• Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives and operational needs.
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial matters and strategic initiatives.
Skills And Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance) is a plus.
• Certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is advantageous.
• Proven experience 3+ years in finance management, strategy development, and financial planning.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho, HubSpot CRM, Stripe, and financial compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and risk management practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with the ability to integrate and manage various systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Experience with advanced financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
