Job Profile:
• We follow up with customers to collect all dues in a timely manner.
• Liaising with hotel teams resolves issues and disputes raised by customers in invoices.
• Ensuring all dues are collected from customers in line with targets.
• Coordinating with the Hotel and Customers to reconcile customer accounts and obtain balance confirmations annually.
• Reviewing outstanding ledgers and monitoring incoming payments periodically.
• Responsible for compiling all group billing.
• Focusing on minimizing AR outstanding balances.
• Timely and correct accounting for collections and patching/clearing receipts.
Candidate Profile:
• Effective communication skills in English; able to communicate with members and offices.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounts receivables department of a hotel.
