Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Finance Executive - Bank Liaison. The role requires the individual to handle the company's relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiate and maintain financial agreements and funding rounds. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining company cash management strategies and overseeing the financial statement reporting process.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a relevant field is required. A master's degree in the same field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance operations or corporate banking that includes exposure in corporate finance, fundraising, and arranging project financing is required. Experience in the telecom or IT industry is a plus.
• Expert in financial modeling and analysis, financial statement analysis, and projection management, with a comprehensive understanding of financial trends, sector intelligence and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using financial models and creating reports for senior managers.
• Ability to identify operational weaknesses, reporting inconsistencies, and control issues, and suggest and implement corrective measures.
• Ability to speak English fluently is required. Fluency in Hindi and other local languages is a plus
