Job Description
Position = Finance Executive – Banking Relationship and Finance
Profile Objective: -
• Enhancement and renewal of Banking Limits - Preparing of Data and documents with the banks for enhancement and renewal of banking limits.
• Banking Relationship - Will be responsible for handling of operational relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and Credit rating agencies.
• CMA - Preparation of projections, CMA and business profile as per the requirement of lenders.
• Security Perfection - Execution & arrangement of documents for Security perfection like coordination with banks for issuance of pari passu letter, registration of MOE, issuance of guarantees etc to banks.
• SAP TRM Module- Assisting team in financial and treasury banking entries to close the books on time for month end closure and MIS reporting.
• Cash Flow Management – Working as backup for cash flow management.
• Any other requirement as per the Management requirement.
Job Requirement:-
Education - MBA/CA-Inter.
• 3-5 years of work experience in Banking and Corporate Finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Experienced in TRM module in SAP
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Negotiation and good communication skills
Location =Mumbai
Saturday and Sunday off
