Job Description :
Role: 3rd Party - Full Time position - Permanent
Overall control and manage accounting function.
Engagement with global accounting and FP&A Team
Ensure timely statutory compliances (Company law, FEMA, GST, Income Tax etc)
Prepare and finalize of periodical Financials (IGAAP & IFRS)
Drive the financial planning and reporting processes (long term planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting of relevant MIS, variance analysis, statutory and tax Reporting)
Managing an external consultant on bookkeeping related work
Scrutinize,control and consolidate accounts of different legal entities.
Oversee the audit function and ensure implementation of the same.
Work closely with HR, Administrative, sales, Ops and, Legal department for planning and cost control.
Coordination with external agencies -income tax, GST, bank, auditors and SEZ compliances.
Fund flow management.
Requirement :
1-5 years of experience in a similar role; significant experience in progressively responsible financial controllership roles. CA inter Mandatory.
Experience managing finance and accounting teams in a startup environment with multi location offices.
Well conversant with various accounting softwares.
Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment to deliver under stretched timelines: coupled with the ability to focus on key risks and issues
Knowledge: - Good Knowledge of Corporate Tax, Income Tax, GST, EPF etc- Good experience of managing Multi Geography Accounting,- Budgetary control, profitability, International Taxation, and other related issues,- Good Experience on consolidation of financials and management reporting,- Cash Flow Management,- Cost Management/Review
