• Finalization of Books of Accounts / Balance sheet / Profit & Loss Accounts.
• Responsible for all Audits.
• Managing Statutory Compliance both direct & indirect taxation including filing of Income Tax & GST.
• Coordination with bankers & financial intitutes for raising funds.
Qualifications
CA, MBA Finance
Experience
2-5 years in banking, accounting, audit, strategy, planning, forecasting etc.
