Finance Executive
O2C or P2P - Microsoft Dynamics/Navision/Business Central experience
- GST and TDS knowledge
- CTC upto 5LPA

IDfy is seeking an experienced BCom Graduate having up to 2-3 years of work experience. The role would involve handling day to day banking operations (incl Bank Reco), Preparing Debtors Report, Reviewing Sales Entries , Preparing GSTR-1, Handling TDS Reconciliation (Books vs Form 26AS), Preparing Daily Collections Report, Passing Payroll Accounting Entry and other management report (as and when required). Should be tech savvy with a growth mindset and problem solving attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
A) Order to Cash
a. To ensure that Sales entries are correctly uploaded on a weekly basis
b. To prepare Debtors report working on a weekly basis
c. Preparing GSTR-1 Return related working accurately and on timely manner.
d. To prepare TDS reconciliation working on a quarterly basis
e. To do proper invoice wise accounting for all the entries w.r.t. collections via Banks, payment gateways, etc.
f. Obtaining Ledger Confirmation from Vendors and Customers on Quarterly basis
g. To send ledger confirmations to customers on quarterly basis and take their sign off.
h. Coordinating with Collections Team and Invoicing Team on a regular basis for collections and reconciliation update
B) Banking & Accounting
a. Passing Bank receipt entries on a daily basis
b. Doing Bank reconciliation of Top 2-3 banks on daily basis
c. Liaising with Bank for liquidating inward remittances
d. Passing Payment Gateway related entries on a daily basis
e. Passing Payroll entries on a monthly basis with all the relevant details
C) Preparations of ad hoc reports on time to time basis
a. Preparation of Daily Collections Report
b. Any other reports required from time to time.
Qualifications
1. B. Com Graduate
2. 2-3 years of work experience.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
4. Tech savvy, Problem solving & Growth mindset.
5. Expert in Microsoft Excel & Sheets
