We are a well funded B2B travel tech startup. We have just closed ~USD 5mn Pre Series A funding round despite the global pandemic and are looking to grow our Supply team. We are growing rapidly. We have crossed our pre-covid numbers. We want to become the world’s biggest B2B travel company by enabling over million travel agents, travel entrepreneurs and influencers to grow their business, and achieving Annualized GMV of $25 billion by 2026
Profile Overview:
Finance Intern at TravClan is a key role that focuses reviewing financial information and analyzing data. You will work in liaison with the internal departments and advise them on the best practices to ensure compliance in financial regulations.
Growth Prospects:
• Stipend Rs.15000 per month + Certificate on successful completion of internship.
• Letter of Recommendation or PPO on delivering exceptional results with CTC ranging between 5 to + LPA.

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• End to end responsibility for payables, receivables, and various other key business areas.
• Managing cross-border remittances and coordinating with bankers for fx rates.
• Be part of the R2R (record to report) process, ensuring all the key metrics are recorded correctly to deliver timely revenue reports.
• Basic accounting / tally data entry work (if required), liaison with the tax team for compliance.
• Completing KYC and documentation of all our agents.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
• Is available for a full-time internship.
• Can start the internship immediately.
• Is available for a duration of 3 months.
• Has relevant skills and interests.
• Willing to learn more
The Recruitment Process:
1. Aptitude Test & Group Discussion: The first step of the recruitment process is a 50-minute basic aptitude test, followed by a 20-30 minute group discussion round on a separate date.
2. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
3. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate.
Important Points:
• Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
• Timings - +.30 am to till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment.
You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
