Finance Lead

Job Summary :

Greenikk, a rapidly growing agri-tech startup, is seeking a Finance Lead to join our finance team. The Finance Lead will be responsible for assisting with the company's daily accounting and financial operations, including preparing and maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial analysis.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries

• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and investors

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts

• Assist with financial analysis and forecasting, including budgeting and variance analysis

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and complete

• Assist with tax preparation and compliance

• Perform ad hoc projects and studies as assigned by management

Requirements :

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a startup environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of integrity and ethics

Skills Required :

• MS Office especially Excel

• Tally ERP +.0
