Participate in a 10-week Finance Management Summer Analyst Program at Bank of America, focusing on financial management and analysis.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Participating in the Finance Management Summer Analyst Program.
• Engaging in financial and management accounting, corporate and strategic finance, and internal treasury functions.
• Building technical skills, industry knowledge, and familiarity with a corporate environment.
• Forecasting financial and non-financial trends, developing models, and performing financial analysis.
• Supporting internal financial planning and management accounting functions.
• Presenting financial data and analysis to business partners.
• Evaluating opportunities for process improvements across the CFO Group.
• Networking with finance executives and key stakeholders.
• Working within teams such as CFO COO & Governance, CFO Data Management, Corporate Treasury, and others.
About You:
• Candidates should be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated (4+1) degree program with a final graduation date between November 2026 and August 2027.
• Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Common areas of study include Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Analytics, and Information Systems (with a finance focus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic financial and accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Leadership experience through student organizations, internships, or projects.
