Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations of our printing and packaging company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and analysis while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing and packaging industry's financial dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounting, budgeting, payroll, tax, and compliance.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop budgets and forecasts in coordination with production, sales, and procurement departments.
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure the company’s financial stability.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management for cost control and profitability improvement.
Supervise and guide the finance team, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and financial institutions.
Evaluate and implement ERP systems or accounting software upgrades to improve process efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Support pricing decisions and financial evaluation of new projects or investments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
