JOB DETAILS
Cash Flow Management
Working Capital Management
Funds Management , raising, banking, MIS, Projections, Analysis of reports, Insurance rating
Prepare MIS, Forecast and Budget v/s Actual Variance Report for management
Part of Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) Team
Prepare CMA data for Project Finance for Banks / Financial Institutions
Prepare provisional Balance sheet, Profit & Loss accounts & Cash Flow for Project Finance
Handle Project Finance documentation with Banks / Financial Institutions
Handle and prepare data for quarterly audit of Banks / Financial institutions
Dealing with Banks / Financial institutions for their monthly statement of Interest & Principal due and to meet their requirement
Co-ordinate with banks for monitoring Escrow & RERA Account
Ensure positive Fund Flow; Optimum use of Funds; Deployment of funds in Term Deposits
