Job Description - Manager / Senior Manager Finance:
• Leading month closing activities and ensuring the books of accounts are complete at every month end in accordance with internal procedures, statutory laws, regulations and IND-AS.
• Preparing/Reviewing the monthly P&L statement reports and ensure on time submission to Management.
• Preparing Quaterly / Annual statutory Financial Statement
• Preparation rolling forecast for monthly and full year.
• Variance analysis in comparison with Budget Forecast and Prior Year.
• Preparation, review and presentation of 5 years Budget.
• Weekly/Monthly metrics: Co-ordination with Cross function teams and final report preparation including analysis.
• Preparing MIS reports for monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
• Ensure for adequate Internal Control policies are in place and are operating effectively.
• Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors and finalizing the books
• Participating in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for management
• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
• Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts
• Implementation of new ERP

Qualifications / Requirements
• Chartered Accountant with 1-5 year post qualification experience into Accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, inventory management, audit.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge esp. Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS)
• Ability to work and effectively communicate
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and analytical
