Finance Manager
Reporting to Shared Services Head
Direct Reportees
·Account Executive
Objective
·Lead the Finance - Accounts function in line with Accounting principles, company policies, legal and audit frameworks applicable
Responsibilities
·Annual Budgets to be compiled and presented by 15th April for the financial year
·Quarterly MIS to management and HODs
·Efficient banking transactions, cash flow and treasury management
·Monitoring cash flows based on monthly forecast
·Track Project profitability per PO, Billing, Costs on fortnightly basis
·Share a heads-up with Business Head, Shared Services Head, Operations Head
·Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
·Continuous monitoring & anaysis of budget, actual and forecast with recommendations to management
·Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
·Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
·Maintain accuracy of financial data; Resolve accounting discrepancies
·Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process - internal, statutory, income tax
·Ensure compliance on Taxation, Company Law, FEMA
· Bank reconciliation
·Import export documentation & transactions
·Adherence to Quality, Safety, Ethics and Integrity standards of the company
·Active Participation in process mapping, inputs mapping, MIS reports, Testing, Parallel Run and Go Live as per ERP Project Management deliverables
·Adherence to Quality, Safety, Ethics and Integrity standards of the company
