We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join BLOCK Advisory LLP as a Finance Manager (Hyderabad Branch) to spearhead the establishment of our new branch. As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business operations, managing banking relationships, developing a new client base, and providing remote support to the team at the headquarter.

Responsibilities Includes:
• Banking Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring efficient banking services for clients.
• Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions from the range of services offered by BLOCK Advisory LLP.
• Team Support: Provide remote support and guidance to the team at the headquarter, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and timely resolution of issues.
• Business Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expand the client base in the new branch's geographical area.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on branch activities, financial performance, client acquisition, and market trends for management review.
