Responsibilities:
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets in alignment with the bank's goals and objectives. Conduct financial analysis, evaluate financial performance, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, considering market trends, business requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

• Cost Management: Monitor and control costs across various departments and functions. Identify cost-saving opportunities, recommend efficiency improvements, and implement measures to optimize resource allocation.
• Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate the financial feasibility of potential projects, investments, and initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and auditors, to provide financial insights, answer queries, and support decision-making processes. Build strong relationships based on trust and effective communication.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.
• External Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging financial regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and streamlining of financial operations. Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of finance-related processes.
