Job Description

Responsibilities: * Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong understanding of ecommerce business models and metrics.

Financial Planning and Analysis: * Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making. * Conduct thorough financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize revenue, profitability, and cash flow. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the executive team.

Financial Reporting and Compliance: * Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. * Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements. * Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for audits, tax filings, and other compliance matters. Cash Flow Management: * Develop cash flow projections and optimize working capital to support business operations and growth. * Implement effective cash management strategies, including monitoring receivables and payables, inventory levels, and payment terms with suppliers.

Risk Management and Internal Controls: * Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. * Establish and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-+ yrs of work experience post qualification
