Finance Manager
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for bookkeeping in SAP
- Prepare financial reports including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow in accordance with India's accounting standards in SAP and submit to HQ for consolidation (monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process).
- Responsible for internal and external audits.
- Ensure that all local statutory reports are filed on time
- Control and forecast of cash flow to ensure the company is sufficiently funded to sustain the growth.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner for managers and other departments
- Provide regional and local management with appropriate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management reports as required.
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Control and reporting of variances and operating expenses against budget.
- Liaise with regional, Corporate Legal / external lawyers and consultants on corporate secretarial matters, review of contracts etc.
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting team members as required or assigned.
Requirement:
- Education as a Financial Accountant or equivalent commercial background
- More than 5 years' experience in a similar position like Accounting or GL
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel) and experience with bookkeeping in ERP systems
- Sound working knowledge of management accounting, budgeting and financial accounting principles/policies
- Fluency in English
- Reliable and well organized, process-oriented
- Keeping deadlines and knowing to prioritize even under time pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Confidential handling finance matters and management topics
- Meticulous in processing of paperwork
