Job description
What you’ll do
As Manager Finance, you will report to the CEO and Board and will be responsible for the entire funds. Raising/liabilities management for the company. You will be the interface of the company with our various lenders. The KRA would include entire treasury management, banking relationships management and profitability by reducing the cost of borrowings. This role offers a very progressive journey, which apart from ESOPs can also lead to the role of CFO.
Requirements :
Clear communication and presentation skills
The right mix of leadership, financial modelling, strategic, and business experience
8 years+ experience in NBFC/Banks in fund raising/liability management
Preferably CA or MBA(Finance)
Impeccable understanding of financial statements, ratios, and concepts
Strong people management skills
Strong command of Excel is essential
Candidates with strong relationships with NBFCs Bankers will be preferred
Note : We are looking for an experienced candidate from NBFC/Banking sector, with hands-on in fundraising.
