Headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, CDC has a pan-India presence, with ongoing projects in more than 10 cities across India. Our key operational areas include Waste Management in Urban and Rural areas, Urban and Rural Health, Professional Internship, Training & Research, and an initiative for RTI Awareness, Microfinance, and Social Security of Waste Workers and Street Vendors.
We have been recognized nationally and internationally with various rewards and appreciation for our outstanding social and waste management service across India. We are one of the few organizations in India to receive the “UN-Habitat Scroll of Honor Award”, which we received for our best practices across the country; and we have also been recognized by Dubai Municipality in the years 2006 & 2008 for having the best practices in waste management. We are currently operating in Chandrapur, Rajkot, Ranchi, Vadodara, Goa, Diu, Rajsamand, Trivandrum Airport, Chennai Airport, Jaipur, etc.
Role Description
• Prepare project-wise budgets on a monthly basis
• Generate financial reports for review by regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders
• Administer all accounts and budgets for various departments
• Preparation of CMA data for banks
• Preparation of financial statements of the group based on discussion with the accounts team
• Assist in securing funding for the projects
• Coordinate with the chief financial officer and evaluate all fiscal policies and recommend improvements for programs.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial management
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
