Job Title : Finance Manager
Req. Experience : 2 to 6 years
CTC : 14 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
• Execution of core financial processes such as accounting, recording & monthly reporting.
• Co-ordinate with Auditor (Statutory Auditor & other Auditors) and get audit completed in a timely manner.
• Manage and execute general accounting processes
• Follow up with team to close the monthly books
• Assist team in creating various MIS report for stakeholder
• Handling Due Diligence will be an added advantage .
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA) with minimum 4-5 years’ experience in accounts & finance.
• Knowledge of IFC and Internal Audit processes.
• Sound knowledge of accounts finalization for standalone and consolidation
• Knowledge of Ind AS
• Sound knowledge of Excel, Analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to adapt quickly and work under pressure
• Internally motivated to seek out answers generate ideas, and develop new skills
