The world needs more Intrepid people:
As a Finance Manager with Intrepid, you’ll be responsible for managing the Financial, System, and Management Accounting function for Intrepid India. You’ll ensure you meet all requirements of the Countries General Manager, Intrepid India, and other regulatory authorities within India. You’ll provide leadership to our Finance teams across these offices and foster strong teamwork while mentoring and developing them to be the best they can be! In addition to this, as our Finance Manager you will contribute regularly to the overall direction of Intrepid India as part of its Management Team.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of our New Delhi, India office and will allow some work from home.
Some of the essential skills you’ll have are:
• Degree-level qualifications or higher
• CA or CPA or equivalent with 8-10 years post-qualification experience
• Experience and knowledge of complex accounting packages
• Practical general finance and accounting experience in a foreign-invested business
• Practical general finance and accounting experience in India
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Staff Management Skills
You will have strong time management skills and be able to deliver on objectives within timeframes, but most importantly you will share Intrepid’s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility.
