The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in eCommerce, apparel, or inventory-heavy businesses. Your role will be critical in managing and optimizing our financial controls, including:P& L Management: Oversee and drive profitability, ensuring alignment with business goals.MIS Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate management information systems (MIS) reports to inform decision-making.Cash Flow (CF) Management: Monitor and manage cash flows to maintain liquidity and support growth.Balance Sheet (BS) Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of balance sheets.Reconciliations & Controls: Lead reconciliations and implement robust financial controls across the business.Key Capabilities and Skills:Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, including P& L management, cash flow forecasting, and balance sheet management.Operational Excellence: Expertise in managing and optimizing financial operations within fast-paced, inventory-heavy environments.Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial management with overall business strategy and provide insights that support growth.Technology Savvy: Experience with financial management software and ERP systems relevant to eCommerce and apparel businesses.Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor finance teams, ensuring high performance.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a high-intensity, rapidly changing environment.Attention to Detail: Rigorous attention to detail in all financial documentation and reporting.Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in using Excel for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication to convey financial insights to stakeholders.Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders for favorable outcomes.Requirements:Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in eCommerce, apparel, or inventory-heavy businesses.Location: Mumbai-based candidates only.Availability: Must be able to join within the next 10 days.*Important:* Please do not apply if you do not meet the above requirements.What We Offer: A dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
