Finance Manager

Description

• 5 to 7 years of total experience.

• Chartered Accountant only

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations of the company.

• Closing monthly books for India & US entities and preparation of consolidated financials for management review.

• Preparation of Budgets and submission of monthly actuals performance review against budgets.

• Managing annual & internal audits for both India & US entities. Regular interaction with auditors to effectively monitor organization’s finances.

• Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results etc., and work closely with management on key business metrics.

• Conduct reviews and evaluations on cost-saving ideas.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the field of finance (must have worked in Big 5 for at least 2 years). IT industry experience preferable.

• Must be a Chartered Accountant. Additional qualifications like CFA/CPA will be an added advantage.

• Sound understanding of financial trends - Internal & external market patterns.

• Solid understanding of financial practices and accounting principles, with thorough knowledge of all statutory legislations & regulations in India and USA.

• Proficient with finance related software – SAP, Oracle and Quick books.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with proven ability to lead & guide employees to ensure adherence to defined processes.

• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-cadre business partners.

• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
