A bit about the role…
This role will see the successful candidate:
Manage deposit & withdrawal reconciliations
Manage payment service provider reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including the preparation and payment of invoices.
Perform regular bank reconciliations
Input financial data and perform financial record updates, ensuring a high level of accuracy
Respond to finance-related queries from employees, vendors, and clients.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies across various reports as required
Develop and implement process improvements
Complete ad hoc finance projects as required
What we are looking for...
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline is desirable
Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using Quickbooks would be advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding attention to detail & time management skills
