ADX Depot is growing fast, and we're looking for a reliable, switched-on Admin/ Finance Officer
This is not a narrow role. This is a "see it, own it, fix it" role.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be right in the middle of the business, helping keep everything running smoothly:
Answering incoming customer phone calls
Responding to customer enquiries via email
Developing relationships with our customers by delivering outstanding customer service
Assisting with basic accounts/admin tasks
Booking transport, accommodation and logistics when required
Coordinating meetings and making sure rooms are set up properly
Keeping the office clean, organised and presentable
Ordering stationery, consumables and most importantly keeping the kitchen stocked with goodies
Jumping in wherever needed – because that's how we operate
Banking and accounts reconciliations.
Opening cash or 30 day accounts.
Reconciling cash tills.
About You
We don't need perfect. We need reliable, sharp and proactive.
You will:
Be highly organised and detail-focused
Have a strong phone manner and clear communication skills
Be comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
Be proficient in Microsoft based programs
Demonstrate basic user level proficiency in Microsoft programs, MYOB
Take pride in doing the small things properly
Be proactive – you don't wait to be told
Be a team player who contributes to the culture
Possess Australian work rights
A minimum of 12 months experience in admin & finance is preferred.
Experience in admin, customer service or sales support is helpful — but attitude matters more.
