Job Description:
• Manage Norton Lilly processing staff and activities within the S5 guidelines.
• Hands on leadership of the processing team in performance of duties.
• Manage S5 systems as required.
• Validation / Quality checking of Processed DA of charterer agent calls.
• Monitoring and management of all rejection and disputes raised by processing team and client.
• Monitoring the agreed Client specific KPI’s with Team leader.
• Understanding and knowledge of operational accounting reports.
• Ability to run reports from finance database and build management reports using the data.
• Testing the AN/AW system and contributing ideas to improve the system
• Daily contact with regional Hubs and further stakeholders;
• Adhering to S5 quality management/HSSE systems
• To train and manage staff remotely in other finance hubs
• Train clients both face to face and remotely

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
