Designation: Senior Executive - Banking Department: Finance Location: New Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Job Code: PCIS000015About the RoleAs a Banking Executive in the team, you will be responsible for providing support to the finance department by performing daily bank relate tasks. You should be well versed with Banking principles, procedures, and laws and should be able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.What you will do day to day?Initiating periodical Remittances through net banking, NEFT, Cheque/DD paymentsManaging banking transactions across multiple bank accounts for group companiesDaily Bank ReconciliationsAccounting Entries in Tally ERP-+Daily MIS on fund positions in multiple accountsPreparation of Bank documents for Import payments. Fixed deposits and Bank GuaranteeFiling of Bill of entries, preparation of stock statement & documentation for other banking requirementsTracking of Bank charges, Interest Payouts & preparation of other operational MISMonthly Treasury Closing.Day to day coordination with cross-functional teams.What are we looking for?Any Graduate / Post Graduate with a specialization in Finance.Well-versed with Indian Banking Systems, Laws and procedures.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role handling banking operations of a companyStrong Verbal and Written CommunicationAbility to prioritize workload in a complex accounting environmentAbility to work independently, yet an excellent team playerProficient in MS Office.About the Company You will find our spaces buzzing with people and banter.
