Finance Specialist

Position Summary: This role will be responsible for working on a variety of tasks related to accounts payable, accounting and compliance, audit coordination, employee expense reporting and other ad hoc tasks. What you’ll do: ● Work with internal teams to own and manage the accounts payable function. ● Manage the corporate credit card program. ● Manage the employee expense reporting process. ● Assist with vendor payments and customer cash applications. ● Establish, document, and implement procedures as necessary. ● Provide financial analytical support to the CFO and operations as necessary. ● Work with other members of the Finance Team to drive improvements and efficiencies across the department. ● Other duties as assigned to meet the business needs. What you’ll need: ● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. ● 1-4 years of Corporate Finance or Accounting experience. ● Be well informed of current finance and accounting subjects. ● Proficient in Microsoft Excel (must have the ability to use pivot tables and vlookups). ● Understanding of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets. ● Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus. ● Good written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. ● Ability to work independently and in a team. ● Proactive mindset
