Full job description

Qualifications/Experience:

Accounting experience preferred

School district finance experience preferred.

School finance programs/software (UFARS, eFinance) experience preferred.

Associates or Technical degree preferred.

Successful background check required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:

Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts payable, frequent use of Excel for financial records and reports, accuracy in calculations, proficiency with office procedures, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty.

Specific Tasks:

Provide finance team support through school district accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related services. See the job description for additional information.

Hours Per Day:

8.0 hrs per day

Long term subsitute assignment from approx. 11/3/25 - 2/17/26
