A treasury Specialist is responsible for managing the financial and monetary aspects of a business, which includes cash flow, liquidity, funding, and relationships with financial institution
Responsibilities:
Annual review of authorised signatories / online access
Cash Flow Projections and actual cash flows reporting for the month
Managing Hedging / Forward Contracts, bookings and relevant accounting
KYC renewal for all current accounts from time to time
Addition / Deletion of authorised signatories
New account opening / closure of old accounts
Management of Corporate credit cards (Issuance and accounting)
Processing vendor payments and uploading all vendor and employee payments over bank portal
Posting of receipts and payments in ERP / Workday
Bank Reconciliations
Follow up email for funds from intercompany and external customers
Working with global teams / treasury team to make sure all the wires sent and received are settled with the invoices on FIFO basis and appropriately posted in ERP / Workday
Working with AD banks for the Settlement of inward remittances and outward remittances with the open invoices / softex / BOEs over EDPMS
